I really enjoyed the new breakfast area. The breakfast buffet is great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The automatic doors in the entrance area are a relief. Very nice. I will always be glad to come back.
There might be some refreshment renovations, but apparently they are already in progress. So there is not really anything to say. Personally, I don't like the smell of furniture polish, especially on the wardrobe, but that's probably a matter of taste.

Staff were freindly
Sorry I will not recommend it to someone The sheet on the bed was not clean, there was a lot of hair on it, I think the cleanliness is the most important things but it wasn't at this hotel even the sofa was very dirty.

Breakfast was good.
When we arrived we encountered many issues at the front desk checking in. Once we got our luggage into our room we got a call stating that they put us into the wrong room so we needed to go back to the front desk. Went to the front desk and they said never mind. After finally getting to bed we found out that the Beds are soooo loud, turning over will wake up anyone else in the room and are very lumpy. Then, the Next morning we called down to the front desk because we got a bill under the door saying we were scheduled to check out but we had reservations for 2 nights. Front desk said they showed the correct check out and to disregard the bill. At that time I asked for one extra towel and shampoo(they only leave 3 towels in a room with 2 doubles and we had 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant and there were 2 conditioners and no shampoo), I was told they don't have housekeepers until 9 AM and there's no access to the towels or toiletries until then. When we returned that night, we were locked out of our room and it took 20 minutes at the front desk to get it straightened out. Just to top if off we've now been charged for 4 nights when we stayed 2.

Location close to Lowell; friendly personnel; cleanness of the room; fridge and coffee set in the room; free wi-fi and business center; free parking
Poor breakfast; very close to the motorway (too noisy when window is open)

The location was convenient, with Saint Mary's Church just a short walk away. My room was recently refurbished and had amenities like a television, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area. The staff was excellent and incredibly accommodating.

Good sized room and shower. Staff helpful and friendly .excellent sized beds super king. Good for an overnight passing through close to malls and restaurants.
Breakfast reasonable but why have it in a converted bedroom. It was shabby tiny and seating cramped. Needs lots of TLC especially on outside units by pool.

very nice and clean rooms. Continental breakfast was good as well.
when we came to check in they did not have rooms ready to check into for numerous families. It was over an hour before there were rooms ready and we all ended up running late for our Congress event.

The team provided a friendly service and the room was functional and large with a balcony and bathroom, for instance. I liked their outstanding bread, eggs and bacon for breakfast. The location was excellent and perfect to from airport as well as to historical attractions. Further, it was close enough to anywhere in Boston, malls, and a basketball tournament.

cheaper alternative hotel about 30 minutes by car from the center of Boston with its overpriced hotels, next door a quite good restaurant, which is very busy on weekends by the locals - table reservation recommended, hotel meets American standard, rooms spacious and clean, corridors not so much, beds good, WLAN ok. breakfast typical American
